The children - Very often, politicians take advantage of our sympathy for children in order to increase taxes, redistribute wealth, establish new bureaucracies, and tighten regulations.
In May of 2018, it seemingly became illegal to sell a vehicle in the US unless it had a backup camera installed in it. Federal regulators cited 'the children' as their justification for the fascist/communist law.
