The Statists of the Month for July 2019 are the 231 congressmen who voted to increase the US minimum wage by over 100%. The bill would make it a crime for a person to pay another person any less than $15/hour. Such a law would make it illegal for two consenting adults to engage in a mutual transaction. That is a real crime.
