The Statists of the Month for September 2019 are the New Hampshire state police. The law enforcement agency won the award by utilizing trucks to spy on and harass innocent drivers. Of course, it's the epitome of hypocrisy to punish people for texting while driving while you regularly use a laptop and your phone while you drive. Also, if cops cared about safety on the roads, why do they even have motorcycle units?
