The Statist of the Month for September is Salt Lake City Police detective Jeff Payne. The deputy statists include his supervisor and the other cops who looked on without intervening as he committed the malicious crime against an ER nurse who was seemingly doing a great job of treating and advocating for her patient, and upholding the 4th amendment (which is supreme law of the US).

Yes, we are aware that the actual incident took place weeks prior, and police covered it up until this video was leaked.
