The Statist of the Month for June is officer John Kovach Jr. Among other crimes committed during the incident, this rogue cop from Ohio is guilty of armed kidnapping of two teens, one of which was his daughter. He has been fired (read: transferred) but he has not been charged by prosecutors, despite the incident occurring months ago. He will probably never be punished for using a firearm and his authority to kidnap his adult daughter's boyfriend and then his daughter - seemingly because she was dating a black boy.
