Veteran Surrounded By Police In NY For Owning Magazines?

On Saturday evening, an Instagram user from Mahopac, New York who identified himself as a veteran of the Afghanistan war went live on Instagram. In the video, magazines could be seen - magazines which are illegal in New York State. Within a few minutes, police surrounded his house, as his Instagram story shows. According to what he said in his latest Instagram story and some other sources, the veteran recently had all of his firearms and ammunition confiscated via the ‘red flag law’. Still, police have surrounded his home and will likely arrest and/or murder him.

Before his internet was seemingly cut off by law enforcement, the man responded to a message from a friend asking for his address and if he wanted some backup. Within minutes, a few other Instagram users went live to discuss the incident, at least one of which responded to the scene of the standoff. One user, by the name of Smoke_n_Whiskey, quickly gained the attention of 1500 live viewers once live-streaming the scene. The user only has 1100 followers on Instagram. After a man with a badge and a gun spoke with the live streamer, the live video abruptly ended.

Reports indicate that the streets have been blocked and that law enforcement and/or military agents in full war gear are present on the scene.

As per various unconfirmed reports, there were radio reports of shots fired. As many as 15,000 patriots were tuned into the police radio channel at a point during the incident. Roughly 100 patriots responded to the scene, and some of them may have been armed. They successfully made the operation difficult for the tyrants, according to reports. As per this Reddit thread which has lots more info, the standoff has ended without any fatalities.

Colion Noir is also keeping up with the latest developments on his Instagram.

Depending on the multiple unconfirmed sources, the initial red flag order may have been made by a friend or by his ex-wife. Some reports indicate that CPS threatened or coerced his ex-wife into making such a statement while the child was at home.

It seems that the victim of abuse at the hands of the tyrants is named Alexander J. Booth.

Reports indicate that he has been apprehended, that he is unharmed, and that he will not face any charges.

A Go Fund Me page has been created with a goal of raising $5,000 in order to help Alexander pay his upcoming legal fees. As of 0311 this morning, patriots from all over the US have donated over $10,000.

Over the past 12 hours, Alexander's Instagram has increased from around 4,000 to over 120,000 followers.

Around 0200 Sunday morning, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department (read: government enforcement department) posted a status on their Facebook page stating that:

-No 'red flag law' order occurred

-Booth had a psychiatric crisis

-Booth was accused of domestic violence

-Booth was apprehended by the department without any injuries

-The unruly supporters of Booth on social media made the job of the violent gang very difficult.

The post has around 2,000 comments, all of which say some form of ‘#OathBreakers’ and/or #supportwhiskeywarrior556

Update: The Department has since removed their Facebook post.

One thing is for sure - police certainly WILL enforce anti-gun and anti-freedom laws if instructed to do so by politicians. Police are not on our side.

We will continue to update this story as it develops.
